Pine Hills Retirement Community offers spacious one and two-bedroom private, luxury apartments with the choice of eight distinct floor plans. All utilities, including basic cable — except telephone — are included in the monthly rent.

COMMON AREAS

All residents have access to Pine Hills’ common areas that include a craft room, library, chapel, game room and wave pool with hot tub, as well as our spacious living room. There is a large private dining room overlooking a beautiful golf course that can be reserved for private events and family gatherings. Invite your friends and family to visit you, plan a community event, or meet up with fellow community members to enjoy shared experiences.

ACTIVITIES

The Pine Hills staff and residents work together to plan a full schedule of various activities each month. Some regular activities include special interest groups, entertainment, outings, parties, and seasonal events. Activity calendars are distributed to all residents each month so you can stay as actively involved as you like. MEALS

Each of our well appointed suites includes a full kitchen so residents may prepare meals and snacks as desired in their own apartments. In addition, your monthly rent includes 60 meals in our restaurant-style dining area. Our chefs are able to take dietary restrictions into consideration.
