Assisted Living

Pine Hills Retirement Community offers seven options in floor plans for our assisted living suites to help make our residents as comfortable as possible. For those who require assistance with the activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, bathing, and dressing, as well as those with cognitive impairment, our staff is available 24-hours a day.

Common Areas

All residents have access to Pine Hills’ common areas that include a craft room, library, chapel and game room, as well as our spacious living room. At Pine Hills Retirement Community, our residents are home wherever they are, and we strive to make the most luxurious and comfortable living environment possible. Families are welcome to visit residents and share in our common areas. Our staff helps care for these spaces, but we ask each resident to treat the common areas as shared spaces and be respectful of their fellow residents. 


The Pine Hills staff and residents work together to plan a full schedule of activities each month, including small interest groups, entertainment, outings, parties and seasonal events. Weekly and monthly calendars are distributed to all residents. Participation, as well as new activity ideas, are regularly promoted. Activities offer social engagement, cognitive stimulation, and something different to do each day. After all, variety is the spice of life! Each resident’s suite includes a personal microwave and refrigerator, so residents may prepare meals and snacks as desired for themselves. However, for the main three meals a day, restaurant-style dining is included in the monthly rental fee. Our chefs are able to accommodate various dietary and texture restrictions, as well as prepare meals that are in line with medical direction. Order what you like from the several daily options. 

Safety & Security

Because safety and security are an important part of living at Pine Hills, included in the monthly rental fee each resident receives a wireless call pendant which will summon assistance 24-hours a day. There are emergency pull cords in the bathroom and bedroom of each unit, common area security cameras, and keypad codes for the main floor exterior doors help alert staff of residents in need as well as prevent problems from the outside. Staff is available 24-hours every day to help in the event of an emergency and prevent problems from arising.
